When to expect your order
Delivery times vary by product and destination. Our aim is for your items to arrive within 14 calendar days of purchase, including the time needed to prepare and dispatch your order. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Any specific estimate shown for your selected item or at checkout should be read before ordering.
Delivery charges
Standard delivery to the United Kingdom is free. Charges for other supported destinations are calculated from your delivery address and order total at checkout, before you pay.
Following your delivery
Check your dispatch confirmation for delivery updates and any available tracking information. Keep your order number handy when contacting us about a parcel.
If your order is delayed
Contact HyproGear support if an item has not arrived within its stated estimate. We will check the order and explain the next steps. This delivery aim does not limit your statutory rights if goods are late, missing or damaged.
