How HyproGear handles your shopping and contact information.
Who is responsible

Information used to run the shop
We process the products, quantities, options and any personalisation you put in your bag. At checkout, Wix and the selected payment provider process the contact, delivery, billing and payment information needed for your order. If you contact us, we use your message, order details and any information you provide to answer it. Hosting and commerce providers also process technical information, such as IP addresses and security logs, to operate and protect their services.
Why we use it
We use shopping and order information to take steps at your request and fulfil our contract with you. We use information needed for accounting, tax and other legal duties to meet those obligations. We have legitimate interests in keeping the shop secure, preventing misuse and resolving enquiries and disputes, while taking your rights into account. Where consent is required for optional marketing or cookies, you can decline or withdraw it.
Service providers
Wix provides our catalogue, cart, checkout and order-management services. Cloudflare hosts this storefront and its database and storage. Payment providers process your chosen payment method, and delivery and fulfilment providers receive the information needed to supply your order. Information may also be shared where required by law or to handle a dispute. We do not sell your personal information.
Your saved bag and cookies
An essential, secure, HTTP-only cookie identifies your HyproGear bag on this browser for up to 30 days. Our server stores an encrypted commerce session, while Wix stores the cart contents. Removing items clears them from the active bag; deleting the browser cookie disconnects that browser but does not itself delete information held by Wix. The storefront has no optional analytics added. Wix checkout and payment providers may use their own essential cookies and present controls for optional cookies.
Keeping information
We keep order and payment records for the applicable accounting, tax and legal periods. We retain support information for as long as needed to resolve the enquiry and relevant claims, and review information that is no longer needed. Storefront session access expires after 30 days; expired session records are removed during subsequent session creation. Provider records may have separate retention requirements.
International processing
Our service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where a transfer requires safeguards, the applicable provider agreements and recognised transfer mechanisms govern that processing. Contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your data.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, or object to particular uses. Some records must be retained for legal reasons. You can withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Contact HyproGear to make a request or complain about how your information is handled. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
